The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CBA) is the primary financial regulatory authority in Azerbaijan responsible for overseeing open banking and financial services. As a National Competent Authority (NCA), CBA ensures that banks and third-party providers comply with open banking regulations, protecting consumers while fostering innovation in financial services.
SCA Update: The CBA supervises the financial sector and implements the Open Banking Roadmap. Over 13 banks have integrated with the CBA Open Banking platform.
