Banco Alcalá S.A., now part of the Crèdit Andorrà Group, is a Spanish private banking institution headquartered in Madrid with offices in Barcelona. The Crèdit Andorrà Group acquired 85% of the share capital in 2023 after receiving authorization from Spanish and Andorran regulatory bodies. The bank is geared towards global asset management for private and institutional clients.
