Bank coverage checker

Paste the banks your customers use. See which open banking API aggregators connect to each one.

How the coverage check works

Where does the coverage data come from?

From the Open Banking Tracker directory: each institution profile lists the API aggregators that connect to it, gathered from aggregators’ published institution lists, developer documentation and the open-source data repository on GitHub.

How are bank names matched?

By name, preferring the institution in the country you pick that at least one aggregator covers, so “Chase” on a US list is Chase US rather than Chase UK. Check each match in the table and correct the spelling if a bank is missing.

Does listed coverage mean every account type works?

No. Coverage can differ by product (transactions, balances, payments), account type (personal or business) and connection method. Confirm your top banks in each aggregator’s sandbox before you commit.

Results come from tracker data and are ranked by coverage only. Apideck has commercial partnerships with some providers, including Plaid; they don’t affect these results. Compare providers in the API aggregator directory.
